All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (or 30 days if not stated) and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are exclusive of VAT, delivery, and any applicable duties or charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
An enquiry or order placed through the website, email, WhatsApp or telephone constitutes an offer to purchase or hire. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation or invoice. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment terms are as stated on the applicable quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, equipment and parts remain the property of Al Wasit until payment is received in full. Late payments may be subject to charges as permitted under UAE law.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Where transportation is arranged by Al Wasit, risk passes to the customer on delivery to the agreed location. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access and suitable site conditions for delivery and offloading.
Equipment supplied on rental or plant-hire remains the property of Al Wasit at all times. The customer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period, including safe operation by competent operators, routine care, security, and any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. Specific hire terms, rates and conditions are set out in the individual hire agreement.
Genuine and OEM parts are supplied subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. New equipment warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer or as stated in the sales contract. Used equipment is sold on an "as-is" basis unless a specific warranty is agreed in writing.
Returns and cancellations are accepted only where agreed in writing and may be subject to restocking or handling charges. Special-order items, used equipment, and items altered or damaged after delivery are not returnable.
All content on this website, including the Al Wasit name, logo, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Al Wasit and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Al Wasit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Al Wasit shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, supply-chain disruption, or transport delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
